In spite of vaccination of more than 50% of US population
- Daily Deaths are up 97%,
- Daily Hospitalisation up 56% over 14 days
Number of active cases in US: 7.4 m + ( 7,427,282)
Delta cases make up more than 98.8% of these Covid cases .
US has more than 75,000 Covid-19 patients on bed, a dramatic high.

While more kids are getting Delta, they’re NOT getting more sick.
Delta infection among children is 10 to 15 times higher, but rate of of hospitalisation is 2% of the positive cases. This rate sharply increases after 18 years.
Moderna vaccine gets Full FDA approval. It has got only EUA ( Emergency Use Authorisation) till date.
Regeneron‘s Antibody Cocktail is a mix of two antibodies against virus is found to be effective in treating cases with severe symptoms.
