(How to serve during the epidemic ?)

The Corona Virus demands extreme life style and behaviour changes among masses.

Let me tell you a secret : “Vaccines and drugs will be of no use in preventing or controlling this epidemic.”

Why ?

You need to vaccinate at least 60% of the 7 billion humans to develop adequate herd immunity.
The vaccination will be annual and each schedule will be 2 doses. The number of doses required to vaccinate 60% of the world population in order to prevent Covid 19 epidemic is simply mind boggling.

Can we afford to vaccinate our millions ?

The world will be divided into two groups. Those who can afford to be vaccinated and those who will be deprived.

A better alternative is to inculcate right anti epidemic behaviour among the masses.

They are SMS.

• Social distancing
• Mask
• Sanitization

So, Who needs them the most ?

Our rural masses.
As Swami always blessed us: ” Go to the villages, adopt them and educate them about right anti virus life style.”

Corona Virus is an anti-love virus.
Why ?

 • When someone suffers from Covid-19 you must not go near him, touch him or talk to him.
 • When he dies, the body is not handed over to the relatives.
 • No last darshan either. The body must be covered by a body bag. No bath, haldi, Chandan decoration. It is taken to crematorium directly from hospital.
 • The last persons who have served him must be isolated.

 You see man is a social animal. A large part of our social communication is non verbal. Our eyes and face transmit 80% of our feelings. But this virus forces us to cover our face while talking. This is the most unsocial punishment for a social animal.

So how can we spread Love during the epidemic of such an anti Love virus ?

Only by mass education.

We must go to the most deprived people, teach them good practices of SMS, be an example of how to be lovable in spite of the barrier.

For this, all Sai Sevakas must have proper knowledge of the virus and its spread. They must also be knowledgeable to discriminate against all the false exaggerations that are circulating in social media.

I’ve learnt this over last 6 months being the nodal officer of Covid for Railways.
In this 6 months I have learnt that you are not supposed to touch your fellow human being. While talking, both of you must cover your faces. These have become our second nature. Still you can give enough love to others without touching or without showing your face. When you clean the ignorance from another brother’s mind that is your way of loving him.
That is a long practice.
After all, Swami during his physical presence has been an example of how to win anti Love by love alone.

Because, Love always transcendents over anti-love.

So also, our organization can overcome this epidemic by our unique approach.
