China on move on its 71st national day while rest of the world watches from indoors.

It’s China’s 71st National Day today. *1st October.

Millions of Chinese are on the move for a week of holiday while the rest of the world stays indoor

. Bookings for domestic flights in China have *increased* by 10.5% on last year as most countries are under lockdown. The great wall of China, the Leshan Buddha all are packed with Chinese domestic tourists today.

So I visited the *WHO timeline* on Covid 19. Interesting.

WHO Director-General’s gives a status statement,

I am NOT declaring a public health emergency of international concern ( *PHEIC*) today as *99% of cases are in China

It’s *Chinese National Day* today.

Total cases in China has stopped at *90500*. No new deaths since April. China had lifted its ten-week lockdown on Wuhan on *April 8, 2020.*

Today China celebrates its holiday week on the occasion of Chinese national day.
China’s Railway Service estimates there will be *108 million* trips during the eight-day holiday. Compare other Railways.
