Any pandemic starts with vaccination of Elderly and those at risk. The pandemic can only end after vaccination of all kids. This is called mopping of the reservoirs.

Here is a summary of the all the vaccines that will be available for Indian kids shortly: two of them have received Emergency Use Authorisation by the indian government, while two more are rapidly completing their clinical trials.
